Selected outcome: Cboe launched a more consistent public website for its products and content.

Our team redesigned Cboe.com from the information architecture up. We connected several external systems, rebuilt pages with the emerging design system, and worked through years of inconsistent content and layouts.

The ask

Create a responsive website that reflected the updated brand and could be delivered within the project’s technical and timeline constraints.

What changed

Changes to the technology and delivery approach cut load times by more than half on most pages.

Early agency concepts included features the delivery team could not support within the timeline.

I worked with engineering leadership to re-estimate the work and reshape the navigation around what we could deliver.

I set up planning sessions once or twice a week so design and engineering could make decisions together.
